Catching a break and a breeze
Thunderstorms yesterday cooled things down here in northern Ohio yesterday, so this morning I was able to walk in 67 degrees along the lakefront. I'm down to 1 or 2 miles a day--it's just not been healthy to walk. I've been wearing only skirts and dresses--so much cooler!

we had thunderstorms yesterday too, better weather forecast, back to work now though so I must ensure I get out to walk
