Walking 101
Finished the 5-K in just under 50 minutes. Need to get back my pace of at least a 14 minute mile this year. This is a good start. It was cool and a little breezy but no rain. No bagels, but I had some some grapes, scrambled eggs, a small apple sugar roll, and coffee.
