I'm planning on walking lots this week. Friday I'm headed to Nebraska to visit my brother and his wife for a few days - making up for the trips Im missed last year (two out of state trips in one month).

Exercise through Pentecost with us. A mile a day may be your goal, or minutes of exercise during this green season of the year - do it for your heart, your soul, mind, and health.

What a terrific record. I'm doing about 1 mile, 3 times a week, nothing to post or brag about. Our colors here in central Ohio are about the same as yours. Almost everything is still green, just more pale, but a few of the maples are coming out bright red and orange. Really very pretty.
I have an ulterior motive. The walking and working on all the yard stuff is keeping me sane at work - we are going through major losses in grant funding.
And I'm making up for what I missed a year ago!
