Logging in for 6 months

No doubt about it. I do hate to sweat. However, recent studies of aerobic exercise show that women and men benefit differently. Women get more cognitive benefits, particularly executive function, than men. But it does need to be at least 45-60 minutes a day for 4 days a week for 6 months to show improvement.

Laura D. Baker, "Effects of aerobic exercise on mild cognitive impairment," Archives of Neurology, Jan 2010; 67(1):71-79

August 1, 25 minutes of walking, and 20 minutes of strolling.
