True believer in diet and exercise! Many friends in the 80+ group - those who keep mind and body active seem to have a better chance at keeping this disease at bay. Saddest example of Alzheimer's was a history professor at my college, brilliant man and lost it all to Alzheiner's.

You've done much better than me with sharing your walks and thoughts.
